Praying Together

1 Chronicles 16:23-24 (NIV)

Sing to the Lord, all the earth;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.
Declare His glory among the nations,
His wonders among al peoples.
For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised;
He is also to be feared above all gods.

Thank you for praying with us. It is only through the Spirit’s work in and through us that disciples will grow and prove faithful..

Praise and prayer:

  • Pray for us—that our love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that we may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. Phil 1:9-11
  • The housing situation for the Maastricht church has fallen apart, but praise the Lord, an unexpected solution came up. We are now meeting in a new neighbourhood center in a neighborhood called “Nazareth”. This means we will be setting up and taking down for every Sunday service. Pray for the church as we adjust.
  • Pray for good progress on the book about evangelical churches in Belgium’s major cities! The goal is to have it in print by February of 2019. Pray that many will be encouraged by it.
  • Pray for Jack as he teaches—for wisdom, strength and relevancy. Pray for the students to grow spiritually as well as academically.
  • Pray for Pat as she continues to work in developing flower workshops. It has been challenging to keep the momentum here going.
