Christmas 2014
Family visits, fireworks and an avalanche of newsletters – just a bit of our Christmas experiences. Pat’s center piece for Advent and Christmas was beautiful, as they always are! The theme was “Lights, please!” And so God’s light shone into our world, symbolized by the globe.
As the new year starts off, please pray with us:
– for the Maastricht church as its search for a new building is picking up steam. A large Catholic church near downtown Maastricht may well be the place to rent, perhaps even to buy.
– for a number of opportunities for Jack to meet with pastors and other religious leaders to explore the challenges of Christian leadership today
– for continued health and energy, and a renewed sense of balance amidst an always hectic life.
– for both sets of parents who cope with serious health issues. They will probably need our substantial involvement this year.
