Ethical leadership as a challenge

“Why do we persist in believing that leadership should be ethical, focused on justice, in spite of so many failures and obstacles.” With this question, Jack closed ETF’s leadership conference on ethical leadership. In fact, many people do not persist, just give up, and grap what they can in the process. But as Christians, we are inspired by texts like Isaiah 42, where the Servant of the Lord will bring justice. So we refuse to give up, we believe in justice, and work hard to bring a bit more justice to our places of work and service. But it’s never perfect.
